YMMV, these are just my opinions.
Overall quite a good ‘cast. No really draggy bits to speak of. The sound quality was pretty decent except for some parts in the middle where people were leaning away it seemed. Karl is very loud w/ the new sponsor. ;-)
I don’t think it’s that I want non-stop silly TOPICS, but the occasional lols in the politics (eg impressions of conservative radio) were appreciated.

The Hedburg steal was the “one complicated payment” gag from I think “Strategic Grilling Locations”. It was fresh in my mind because I had told Bushy about it. That guy was a genius. Stay off the drugs, kids.
It’s funny to see that some of the lines I thought were funniest (Karl watches a lot of TV) Matt thought were so-so at best, and some of the bits I just assumed would be boring (eg jury duty), he actually enjoyed…

Sorry, I forgot about Sai Baba, although I dunno what there is to say about that… besides, it would involve doing research. I read the Wikipedia and my eyes glazed over too quick. Ironic, no?

I liked this podcast – even the politics.
I have to point out what I think is a flaw in the zombie attack plan, though: no spears or axes! I guess they’re better than nothing, but do you really want a weapon that would pretty much require that you were close to a zombie in order to kill it? Especially if it were a “running” zombie. Your chances of getting scratched or bitten are way too good if they’re close enough for you to spear or chop.
Great show as always. I never mind the political talk. It’s probably because I agree with most things you guys bring up and you’re quite amusing presenting your arguments.
The only part of the show I ever get bored with is the poker talk because I don’t play it.

Amelia — the spears and axes would be backup weapons. They’re easy to use, don’t run out of ammo, and the length of the shaft helps keep the zombies at bay. We’d be using the poleaxe/halberd type weapons rather than shorter axes. Obviously, a melee weapon is not ideal against an infectious opponent, but I would say they are MUCH better than nothing.
Donald and Matt — I didn’t have any good ghetto stories at that time, but I have a good one for the next podcast.

I think you guys should do some sort of restaurant review as well. You’re always bringing up Chipotle or Ghetto soul food joints. I think it could turn into a funny segment!
I am all about the restaurant reviews. And since I’m in a new neighborhood that’s totally ethnic, I have a huge number of restaurants to try. There’s a chicken and waffles place about 100 yards from my condos, and it’s a 10 minute drive to about a million different Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese places.
